Immigration Evaluation

An Immigration Evaluation is a mental health assessment intended to demonstrate the psychological and emotional hardship one would face if they left were forcily removed from the country.

The evaluation will cover different aspects of your life such as personal and family history, mental and physical health, trauma history, components about your immigration case and other important information about your life.  

Please consult with your immigration attorney to determine if you need an evaluation for your case. 

After an evaluation has been requested, I will send paperwork to be completed prior to the first appointment.

The assessment is completed in 1-2 interviews through a secure video platform.

Clients can expect to receive their finalized report within 3-4 weeks after the last appointment.

*Expedited Evaluations are completed within 2 weeks from last appointment.

FEES

Standard Evauation: $1,000

Expedited Evaluation: $1,300

Payment is due at the time of your scheduled appointment.  

Payment plans are offered and will be arranged prior to your appointment.

The final evaluation will be submitted to your lawyer once the fee is paid in full.

If you cancel or no show your scheduled appointment in less than 24 hours, you will be charged $150. Please contact me at least 24 hours prior if you need to reschedule your appointment.

If you need an interpreter, this will be a separate cost to you.
